MACHINE FOR AUTOMATIC COATING OF SOUND INSULATING MATERIAL OVER LAMINATE PARQUET PLANKS

This machine is suitable to be inserted in a complete laminate parquet automatic line, needing a very small linear space.It allows to put automatically a soundproofing material layer over each parquet plank.

The ideal position of this machine is after profiling machine, before stacking/packaging area : sound proof material is applied on planks without stopping them   

                The maximum speed is around 70 planks/minute.

This new PATENTED CPC technology allows laminate parquet producers to sell a NEW PRODUCT where each plank contains this  soundproofing mat :  this means

BIG SAVE in the DIY Process for final customers when installing parqet at home, office, etc. because they won’t need to put a separate soundproofing layer underneath parquet planks !

This means also easier and quicker installations for customers, a higer-value product for parquet producers.
